Subcontract drylining packages
We price from your drawings, work to your programme and close each area out ready for decoration. Materials usually come from you, to the spec. The team is sized to the job, CSCS Blue carded, with SSSTS supervision and £1 million public liability.
SFS framing
Steel framing systems for the building envelope and internal walls, as a separate package. We can do the SFS and the drylining inside on the same project.
MF and suspended ceilings
MF plasterboard ceilings, suspended grid ceilings, bulkheads, boxing-in around services and curved features where the design asks for them.
Boarding, fire and acoustic systems
Standard, fire-rated, acoustic and moisture-resistant boards, dot and dab, insulated linings, built to the system on the drawings.
Tape & jointing, skimming
Tape and jointing or skim to a clean, even finish, ready for the decorators.
Timber stud and plywood
Timber stud partitions and plywood linings or pattresses where the specification calls for them.

Private drylining work

Do you work as a subcontractor for main contractors?
Yes, most of our work is for builders and main contractors. We work to your drawings and programme, and the team is sized to the job.
Do you also work for homeowners and landlords?
Yes. Partition walls, ceilings, plasterboard, tape and jointing, loft and extension drylining. Send photos or plans on WhatsApp and we come back to you.
Who supplies the materials?
On contract work the materials usually come from the main contractor, to the spec on the drawings. On private jobs we agree it with you before we start.
How do you price a job?
Quotes are free. We price from drawings or after a visit to the site, so the price matches the real job. We don't quote a fixed rate without seeing it.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, and work within 50–70 miles, including Northampton, Kettering, Corby, Leicester, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Peterborough.
Are you qualified and insured?
The team holds CSCS Blue cards, with SSSTS for site supervision, and we carry £1 million public liability insurance.
Do you put up SFS framing?
Yes. SFS (steel framing systems) is a separate service from internal partitions, and we can do both on the same project.
